Is it easier to become an lpn then a registered nurse....or get a two yeas RN degree?

I don't really think one is easier. It's just a matter of preference. Some choose to become an lpn so they can earn lpn pay while continuing to work towards their rn degree. If something happens and you can't complete the 2nd year, you still have your lvn to fall back on if you have to delay your education.
