Universities that accept international students in Virgina ?

I'm 20 years old and live in Chennai (India) i was just wondering how to apply to the universities in Virginia for a bachelors course of 2 years . I've been searching the net frantically and found nothing can some body please help me as to which colleges i can apply to and how to go about it
