man i cant wait for ufc undisputed to come out,its gonna be brilliant the gameplay is much smoother than any other mma game as you know they were allways very slow and there are over 80 fighters some say over 90 from brock lesnar to georges st pierre,horn,rampage,ect also there is gonna be create a fighter where you can do career mode check out youtube there are some great gameplay clips hope that helps you m8.
