Name of this book!? 80's Los Angeles?

I read this book, its about a bunch of 20somethings who are all very wealthy and party hard. They do a lot of cocaine in the book, find a body in a dumpster, drive on mulholland dr. The book is set in LA circa 1980s, lots of new wave references. It was a paperback and the front cover was of a black and white picture of Mulholland Dr, maybe the hollywood sign I believe. Help!
