My colleague is doing a job search and telling me about it. How do I handle this?

Tell him he should do what he thinks is appropriate for him, but to please leave you out of all his plans and you need to distance yourself from him or you will be in trouble. And if it is up to you whether he sits in or not, def tell him no.
