Ideas for halloween wheel of misfortune?

I am helping with a halloween party for girls 10-12ish. we are having a carn-'evil' and i am doing the wheel of misfortune. I'm having difficulty thinking of simple easy ideas for it. I thought they could eat something gross or wear a sign on their back that says 'scare me' but i don't know what else. Ideas??
