I am 33 weeks pregnant and I can't breathe well?

I know my baby is in the breech position, but quite often especially lately I've been getting these spells where I can't breathe and it feels like i am hyperventilating but I don't have asthma or anything. Is this serious? Should I go to the emergency room?
