Help with protein shake?
For one creatine is not bad for you, your body naturally produces creatine, and you can get different types of protein shakes, their is the weight gainer type which has about 1200 calories per serving and about 50 grams of proein, and plain old whey protein which only has about 130 calories and around 25 grams of protein per serving and then their is cien protein which is around the same as whey and is good for before you go to bed because it slowly goes to your your muscles instead of feeding your muscles protein all at once, your muscles can only take in so much protein at one time. and for the note creatine just helps your mucles recover faster :)
