Alfred kinsey's view on uality and choice?

at my church, i heard about Alfred Kinsey and how he is the "father" of the ual revolution. after doing some research it appears that he said that having an exclusive uality is extreme and not our true selves. is he then saying that we all all born bi-ual and then make a choice from there. or that we are more of one ual orientation than another? what I am trying to get at here is. "is he trying to say that and hetero uality is a choice. because that what i'm thinking he is implying. help me out here.
