Will a 24in rim with a 325/45R24 tire fit on a stock 2009 hummer h2 sut?

The overall diameter will be about one inch larger than stock, so they will fit. But the vehicle's off road prowess will be significantly compromised. But I'm guessing you're more concerned about looks rather than actual performance.
