What does this mean, and what do i need to do?

I have a message that keeps popping up that reads: "Chrome.exe - Corrupt file. The file or directory C:\Users\jenna\AppData\Local\Google\Chro… Data\Default is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility." I ran it when i turned on my laptop, but it didn't do anything! It did an automatic disk check but it didn't fix it! Help please!
