My cat just wont adjust to my new kitten?

My cat is a bengal of 9 years, i lately got a new kitten a ragdoll of 9 weeks, ive had him now for 2 weeks. My cat hates him and im scared hes going to run away. my cat just jisses and growls at the kitten like crazy and runs away. how can i help him adjust?
