What is the approximate cost to build a 2000 square foot 'green' home? (Average, Approximate)?

This is just a real guess........if you could do some of it yourself would be nice........but I'm going to say 125 a foot.........so your looking at 250, 000..........and the property. Good luck and have a nice christmas.
