UC Irvine to Santa Monica College?

You can leave UCI and attend SMC then transfer to anywhere else (or back to UCI, if you want). It's not that complicated. Just withdraw from UCI for finish up your spring term, then apply and attend SMC. Work with the SMC transfer staff/counselor closely to make sure you have all the requirements done for the majors you want at UCLA/USC.
