Norton 360 Question??

I Have Norton 360 Protection For My Laptop & I Usually Run Cleanups(Windows Temporary file/ Internet History/ Internet Temporary Files) Twice to 3 Times a Day & Optimize My Hard Drive (C;) Disk (Meaning Organize Clutter On Disks) about once a day and VirusScanning About once a day. My Question is By Doing this is it bad to Do these things Like Clean Ups 2 -3 Times a Day and Optimize 1 -2 a day Alot?/ Or is it bad to contionosly do this??? Plzz Help Me. And If You HAve Norton 360 Protection Like i Do How How Many Times Do U Do These Type of things and If u have Something Similar to this how many times do u do it on your laptop??
