I had good credit up until my divorce 2 years ago.I've let my credit go bad since I'm on disability and my income is so much less now.It's really hurt me to have to do that.Anyway,I have a home and property debt free.I'd like to borrow the money on my home to clear up my debt.Of course,my credit is bad at the moment because of the debt,but I thought,since I have collateral,I might can just get this all cleared up.Anyone in the banking industry know if this is possible? I always had good credit before this happened.
